| Can you send me a catalog? |
Unfortunately, we don't print catalogues
or brochures. Our range is highly dynamic and we post new products almost
everyday - so printing is just to slow for us. Please refer to our online
system and get more valuable information, i.e. more pictures and stock status.

| Do you sample products? |
As we receive more than 100 inquiries on sample products
per day, we are unable to fulfill those requests and ask for your understanding.

| Delivery to which countries? |
We deliver almost word-wide (please see cart for detailled country overview). The costs for shipping and
handling will be displayed during your check-out, depending where you live
and where we ship to.

| What are the payment methods? |
To simplify international payments, we only accept all
mayor credit cards. All payment fees are covered by our company. In order
to guarantee secure payments, we log your IP-address and transfer all payments
on a secure server. Your privacy is fully protected.

| How long does the shipment take? |
Delivery time depends on where you live. Our partner DHL
picks up your order within 7 days from our central warehouse in Germany.
Usually you get your order within 10 to 14 days.

| Best-before dates? |
All coffees and espressi are roasted freshly and keep
its original flavor up to 12 months. All other products: please see text
shown on the product's details page.

| Warrantees? |
In order to fulfill our premium target 'customer
satisfaction' the warrantee is 24 months if you live in Germany and 12 months
for all other countries.
